There are many reasons a business may want to consider an ATM purchase to have a machine of their own on the floor. When customers have an ATM machine readily available they are more likely to purchase the times for which they're shopping, and are more likely to give in to impulse buys as well. Typically it's best to take some safety precautions so that they aren't even tempted, and your rep can help you with this as well. After your ATM purchase, consider placing it in your location where there is less temptation, such as someplace opposite the entrance or where there is high visibility. Many also train their security cameras on the machine and place several signs around the machine and the location, alerting customers to this fact.

Your ATM purchase can increase sales, but like other pieces of equipment, you want to ensure that it's in good working order and that you have the best model for your company. You may see after some time that you want to make another ATM purchase, either in addition to or in place of the one you have.
